All booking dates are issued on a first come first served basis. A deposit is required to hold and guarantee the performance date.
Upon your request, I will send you my entertainment contract for you to read, sign and return to me with your non-refundable check for the deposit amount specified in the contract.
Upon receipt of these two items I will officially reserve the date for your event and confirm this by sending you a copy of the contract by return mail.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit is required as a condition of booking. All deposits are non-refundable. The purpose of requiring a deposit is to officially reserve your date and guarantee my services.

FINAL PAYMENT
The balance (less the deposit) is due on or before the date of the event.

CANCELLATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel your event for whatever reason, your deposit is forfeited as liquidated damages.
